Google Play’s data card says no data is collected and none is shared. Apple’s privacy card says identifiers are used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. Same app, same developer.

This is the first brand in a while with genuine apps on both stores and a European licence behind them. Which makes the inconsistencies worth more attention, not less.

Real apps on both stores, and a third route for Android

Both listings exist under the same developer. The iOS build is free, needs iOS 15 or later, and is labelled designed for iPad.

Its help centre adds a route the stores do not. Where Play does not carry the Android app for your country, the FAQ links a direct download — an .apk, with the security setting that goes with one.

Then look at the file size: 18.4 megabytes, against a catalogue the site advertises in the thousands.

That arithmetic settles what the application is. It is a shell, every game streams, and the latest version of the lobby is whatever the server sends.

What you gain over a browser is an icon and a saved login, not offline play.

The two stores disagree about your data

Google’s data-safety card for this app declares that no data is collected and that nothing is shared with third-party companies or organisations.

Apple’s privacy card for the same app, by the same developer, lists identifiers under data used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

Both are the developer’s own declarations, not store measurements. One reading reconciles them: the Android card describes the wrapper, and the tracking happens in the web layer it loads.

If so, that is also why a data-safety card is weak evidence in either direction.

The withdrawal help tells you to press Ctrl+Alt+Del

One FAQ entry covers an error most players will eventually meet: a withdrawal refused with a message to close all ongoing sessions, when no game is open.

Its answer is to press Ctrl, Alt and Delete together, open Task Manager and end the task.

No phone has a Task Manager. For an operator shipping apps on both mobile stores, the instructions for the moment that matters most were written for somebody at a desk.

On a handset the equivalent is force-quitting the app or clearing the browser tab. That sentence is mine, not theirs, which is the problem.

Two neighbouring answers are better. Active bonuses block withdrawals, stated plainly rather than left for you to find at the cashier. And if the withdraw page shows only wire transfer, that is the only route open to your account.

Hot or Cold shows which games are paying, then says it predicts nothing

A lobby feature lists the games paying out the most and the least, with a refresh button that updates the data every five minutes.

The same help answer ends with a sentence the feature’s own existence argues against: this is no indicator of future results or success.

Both halves are true. A slot has no memory of what it paid an hour ago, so a list of recent payouts describes history and nothing else.

Which leaves the question of why it is there. A button you tap every five minutes is engagement, and the disclaimer carries what the interface will not.

One more entry sits in the same family. A win announced during a tournament credits nothing, because those spins convert into leaderboard points rather than balance, and only a finishing position pays.

A self-exclusion that covers the whole licence

The footer names the operating company, a Malta address, the Malta Gaming Authority as regulator, the licence number and the date it was issued.

What that licence enables shows up in an odd place. One FAQ entry answers new players who cannot deposit on a new account, because of a self-exclusion they set elsewhere.

Exclusion here can be applied to one account or to every account under the same licence. Choose the second and no other site on that licence will take your money.

That FAQ exists because people hit it at registration, which is the only proof that matters.

Two smaller signals sit alongside. PayPal appears in the payment row, and it only does where an operator passes PayPal’s own gambling checks.

The verdict

EUcasino is a different proposition from most of this category: real store listings, a European regulator with a published licence number, and a self-exclusion binding across a whole licence.

Two things still need fixing. Its stores carry opposite declarations about tracking, and the help text for a blocked withdrawal instructs a phone user to open Task Manager.

Who is EUcasino built for?

✅ Players who want a store-verified app rather than a bookmark
✅ Anyone using self-exclusion and wanting it to bind beyond one site
✅ Depositors who read a licence number before funding an account
✗ Anyone expecting offline play from an eighteen-megabyte shell
✗ Players reading Hot or Cold as a guide to what pays next
✗ Phone users who need mobile-written troubleshooting

FAQ

Is there a real EUcasino app?

Yes, on both stores, and its FAQ offers a direct Android download where Play does not carry it. At 18.4 MB it is a shell, so games stream rather than install.

Does the app collect data?

Its two store listings answer differently. Google’s card says nothing is collected, Apple’s lists identifiers used for cross-company tracking, and both are the developer’s own words.
