Rollero runs as a browser web app with illustrated install guides — no .apk, no store listing — under Metlait SRL and Tobique licence 0000064.
The buttons oversell it and the headings two lines below correct them, which is the right way round.

Yes. Nothing downloadable is offered: no .apk, no store entry, and both guides end with a free icon placed by the browser.
Its app page is headed Rollero Mobile App and carries two buttons. The sections beneath are titled How to install web app on Android and How to install web app on iPhone.
Each runs to three steps with a screenshot of the real phone menu, arrows marking the control to press.
iPhone — Safari
Android — Chrome
The same thing the guides describe, on both systems: an icon on the home screen that opens the casino.
Nothing downloads. No application package reaches the handset, so storage stays untouched and there is no version to update by hand — the latest build simply arrives with the page.
Your account is unaffected either way. Balance, bonus history and login are the same whether you open the icon or type the address.
Step three on the Android side is worth a second look. The screenshot shows Chrome’s own dialogue, headed Install App, with the casino’s name beside a Cancel and an Install button.
That prompt does more than save an address. An install through it registers in the handset’s app list and opens in its own window, without the browser’s address bar across the top.
A shortcut placed by hand may not do either. Depending on the device it can open inside the browser, tabs and all, and it will not appear among your installed apps.
So on Android, take the Install button when it appears. On iPhone there is no equivalent prompt, because Safari offers only the share-sheet route.
Clause 3.2 of the terms is short and absolute. Using a VPN to get around geographic restrictions is prohibited, and it may lead to confiscation of winnings.
Phones trip that more easily than desktops. A privacy relay switched on in Settings, an ad-blocking app that routes traffic through a VPN profile, or a work handset carrying a company profile all show the casino an address that is not yours.
None of those is an attempt to bypass anything. The clause does not distinguish intent from effect, and the penalty it names is your balance.
Check Settings before you deposit. On iPhone look for VPN and for any private relay; on Android check the VPN entry in network settings and the key icon in the status bar.
Metlait SRL is named as owner and operator, registered in Costa Rica with a company number and a street address in Cartago, under Tobique Gaming Commission licence number 0000064.
An independent dispute body is published too, with its own web address and its own email, for complaints the support team cannot settle. Both details can be checked before you register rather than after something goes wrong.
Rollero’s mobile side does what it says. Both guides show real phone screenshots, the Android route ends at Chrome’s own install prompt, the icon costs nothing and takes no storage, and the same login runs the casino and the live floor.
One clause deserves a check before you deposit: a VPN or private relay left running can cost the winnings, whatever your reason for having it on.
The last check is the easiest. Metlait SRL is named as owner and operator, registered in Costa Rica with a company number and a Cartago address, under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000064, with an independent dispute body published beside it.
✅ Android users who want the install prompt rather than a bookmark
✅ Players who read an install guide with screenshots of their own phone
✅ Readers who check an operator and a dispute route before registering
✗ Phone users expecting a real .apk to download
✗ Anyone who plays with a VPN or private relay switched on
✗ Households where two players share one connection or one handset
Not a downloadable one. Its iPhone guide uses Safari’s share sheet and Add to Home Screen, which places a free icon that opens the site. No App Store listing exists.
Its terms treat accounts sharing an address, a household, an IP address or a device as duplicates, with closure and forfeited winnings as the stated consequence. Ask support before both of you deposit.
Within two weeks. If the casino cannot reach you by phone or email within that time of a withdrawal request, the terms allow it to lock the account and cancel the payout.
