Android is a direct download of 45.8 megabytes with the usual sideload warning: begin the download, open the Install unknown apps setting, allow installation from that source. Three steps, no store involved.
iPhone is where the page becomes unusual. Its twelve steps open the App Store, enter your account, and then leave the app entirely to work on your Apple ID instead.
A third block on the same page is headed how to install the PWA app, with tabs for iOS and Android. That one is three steps on either system: load the site, use the share or menu button, add it to the home screen.

That route is free, installs no application package and leaves the handset’s storage alone. Its footer treats it as a product in its own right, listing iOS, Android and Web app side by side.
Read what steps four through eight actually do, because none of them is about the casino.
Step four opens Country/Region in your Apple account, step five presses Change Country or Region, step six selects Nigeria, and step seven accepts Apple’s media services agreement for that country.
Only at step nine does the app appear: search the App Store for PariPesa, now that the store you are searching is the Nigerian one.
What to do if it fails fills step ten. Create a new Apple ID at Apple’s own site, re-register selecting Nigeria, then sign out of your existing account at step eleven and sign in with the new one at step twelve.
Its reason is plain enough. If the app were listed in your own country’s store, none of these steps would exist.
Step eight is the one to look at closely, because the screenshot does not leave the fields blank.
It shows a street, a city, a postcode and a phone number already filled in — a Lagos address and a Nigerian mobile number — with the instruction to fill in the address fields as shown and to select None from the list of payment methods.
That is an address you do not live at, entered to obtain an app not offered where you do live. The page flags none of it.
Apple’s region setting is not a display preference, and moving it has consequences the guide does not mention.
An App Store balance has to be spent to zero before the country can change. Active subscriptions are cancelled. Apps, films, books and music bought in the old region may stop being available, because availability is granted per store.
A second Apple ID avoids some of that and brings its own. Purchases, iCloud data and subscriptions do not move between accounts, so the new one starts empty and the old keeps everything.
Weigh those against what is gained. This casino runs the same in a browser, with the same login and the same bonus balance, on the handset you already own.
That alternative is not hidden on another site. It sits in the third block of the same page, under its own heading.

If the twelve-step route still appeals, do it with a second Apple ID rather than your own. Keeping your existing account where it is costs you nothing and protects what is already on it.
